The three images represent parenting to me. Each progressing in the level of development, comparing the artist’s hand to the maternal one. I wanted to play with the idea of young girls not noticing the particular grooming that encourages polish and femininity. In each piece the movement and solid windows traps the viewer while the soft colors distract.
